Digitale Temperatur Probes
Vision G2 series by Hanson Research represents the latest and most advanced technical solutions. As an example, the temperature in the bath and in the individual vessels are recorded with advanced digital temperature probes (DTP). At the Hanson Research facility each DTP is calibrated at more than 240 calibration points in the range of 25-55 ° C, to obtain a perfectly linear temperature curve throughout the range. All calibration factors are stored in the internal memory of the DTP’s. DTP does not need re-calibration, but there is of course the possibility of offsetting the temperature, if required.
Each DTP has a serial number that is stored in the probe memory. This means that all temperature measurements can be related to a given probe via the serial number. DTP’s precision is so good that the temperatures are recorded to 2 decimal places.
Features:
- Internal memory with over 240 calibration points.
- The calibration always follows the probe.
- Internal memory with serial number
- Temperature recording with 2 decimal places.
Dissolution
Dissolution testing determines the release rate of an active pharmaceutical ingredient in tablet or capsule form as it dissolves into solution.
Diffusion
Diffusion testing is a release rate test of an active pharmaceutical ingredient in semisolid form as it permeates through a skin-like membrane into solution.
Physical testing
Physical testing refers to the monitoring of physical characteristics of a drug product, typically oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules.
