The Flodex is a simple-to-use tool that helps you determine a reliable and repeatable flowability index over an arbitrary scale of 4 to 40 to use as a specification for your raw materials.
The Flodex determination of intrinsic flowability is based upon the ability of powder to fall freely through an orifice in a disk. The Flodex comes complete with a full set of disks with di erent sized orifices to use in determining this index and is fully compliant with USP.
