Instruments from Teledyne Hanson Research are very robust and are rarely exposed to mechanical breakdowns. But over time service will be required. When issues happens, we are always ready to help and our response time is extremely short. We are, as the only company in Scandinavia, certified to service and repair Teledyne Hanson Research’s products.
With more than 20 years of experience, we feel that we are well equipped for the task. We stock the most common spare parts and have access to full support from the technical experts at Teledyne Hanson Research.
We use certified tools when required and we ensure that validated systems remains in a validated state after service.
Service Contracts
Dissolution/Diffusion systems are often an indispensable part of the instrument composition in a QC laboratory. It is paramount that the instruments are operational and that you can rely on performance and generated results.
Therefore there is often made plans for regular calibrations and maintenance service which ensures the validity of the produced results.
The plans are individual from laboratory to laboratory, and reflects the individual needs.
kc-labtech can offer service that meets the individual laboratories’ specific needs. Each contract can be combined as desired, so the contract fits perfectly to the individual needs.
A service contract gives the options to:
- Plan maintenance and calibration intervals according to individual needs.
- Form an overview of the annual cost of calibration and maintenance services and unforeseen service calls.
- Ensure fast response to service calls.
Dissolution
Dissolution testing determines the release rate of an active pharmaceutical ingredient in tablet or capsule form as it dissolves into solution.
Diffusion
Diffusion testing is a release rate test of an active pharmaceutical ingredient in semisolid form as it permeates through a skin-like membrane into solution.
Physical testing
Physical testing refers to the monitoring of physical characteristics of a drug product, typically oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules.
